hey bro, is that 5efe pinout the same that I would have in my recently acquired 96 tercel sport?

I am in the process of putting a silvertop in this tercel and I need this pinout to make my harness

No but if you look into the ecu all the pins are abbreviated to what they are.
And since you have a 96 you should be one step a head with the D.I.S wiring.
Most people use the ford EDIS setup with the 20v 4age's.
There are two points for ignition on the 95-99 Tercel's.
One is the cam sensor number 2 is the crank sensor.
It would be best if you went with megasquirt or something similar to get this project correct.
This way you can trigger the vvti without rigging a switch.
And it would take minimal wiring you might have to make a sensor holder of some sort to read the crank timing correctly.
I had to do that with my friends 86 corrolla with the F_EDIS mega squirt.
Cool thing about the D.I.S tercel is it shouldn't take that much to wire.
Paseo15psi was plotting on the 1nzfe a while back because of the similarities of the wiring.
I say mega squirt because its hard to find a 20v ecu anywhere.

I found a blacktop ecu on ebay for $200, I do not intend to go standalone yet unless I come across a deal that I cannot pass.

I just need a pinout for a 96 tercel and now I need one for a 4afe corolla ecu

What reasons do you have that you want to delete the rev limit? Is the engine built to handle beyond stock limiter? If its stock with just bolt ons then you will be better off with the rev limiter intact otherwise you will end up blowing your engine.

Quick question, would Ineed a stand alone ecu for a non turbo build? I'm camming out my paseo's 5efe along with a port and polish... if Ican find a shop here to do it.. that is, I was told I might need to because of the larger cams I'll putting in to it due to more air will be brought in to the engine. I was also told I might need bigger injectors as well which I already have which are 315cc injectors kit. I just want to make sure of what else I should get.since for right now I'm not going to turbo it until later on. I did find a stand alone on ebay for 380 bucks Ithink it was geggy or something along that. Id rather be prepaired then sorry with a blown built up motor lol. If you need to know more about what's going in it to get an idea I can list all the parts so you can give me a better idea instead of me trying to guess what I need to have done. Better done right then half assed I always say, you guys know a hella lot more then myself so id rather get an idea were and or what I should be doing
